军用地理参考系统研究

Research on Military Geographic Reference System

以支撑我军未来联合作战具备军兵种精确协同能力出发,分析了美军在历次局部战争和军事行动使用的CGRS、GARS、MGRS和UGS等典型地理参考系统,据此提出我军建立地理参考系统应当考虑地理参考系统在功能上要能够界定协同边界和定位协同点,在编码结构上要能够具备多尺度性和继承性,并且表达形式要易懂、易记。

In order to support our future joint operations with precise coordination capabilities for the services,typical geographic reference systems,such as CGRS,GARS,MGRS,and UGS,used in US military local wars and military operations were analyzed.Then it was put forward that the function of distinguishing collaboration boundary and locating collaboration point should be considered when establishing our military geographic reference system,and that there should be multi-scalability and inheritance in code structure,and that the expression should be easy to understand and remember.
