圆柱形同轴腔体的恒温控制系统设计

摘要 烟草卷接机的重量控制系统对于重量的测定采用微波谐振腔法,腔体材料的热膨胀效应对谐振频率会产生影响,从而影响测试精度。因此保持谐振腔体温度恒定是保证测试精度的必要条件。该文提出了一种恒温控制系统,可以准确控制温度恒定,波动范围小于±0.1℃,适用于各种圆柱形同轴腔体的温度控制。 The weight control system of tobacco coiler adopts the microwave cavity method to measure the weight.The thermal expansion effect of the cavity material will affect the resonance frequency,thus affecting the measurement accuracy.Therefore,it is necessary to keep the temperature of the resonator constant to ensure the measurement accuracy.In this paper,a constant temperature control system is proposed,which can accurately control the constant temperature and the fluctuation range is less than±0.1℃.
