摘要
针对现行标准加速度传感器存在的问题,研发了一种石英三角剪切标准加速度传感器YMC271A01。该传感器具有体积小、预紧方式简单、稳定性好的特点。通过对该标准传感器的测试,其在负载能力、温度性能、幅值线性度方面均优于BK8305型标准传感器,同时在安装方向上对灵敏度误差影响较小。因此YMC271A01型传感器可作为标准压电加速度传感器使用。
In order to solve the current standard sensor problems,we designed a standard sensor YMC271A01 with quartz triangular shear structure.It is small size,simple preloading and good stability.By testing,it is better than the BK8305 standard sensor in load capacity,temperature performance and amplitude linearity,and the installation direction has little influence on the sensitivity error.Therefore,the YMC271A01 sensor can be used as a standard piezoelectric acceleration sensor.
