摘要
通过4组14个胶合木节点试件的单调和低周反复加载试验,研究了梁柱直榫钢板连接节点的抗震性能。试验研究表明,胶合木梁柱直榫-钢板节点性能主要取决于木螺钉锚固性能和榫卯挤压变形能力;节点试验初期,木螺钉与木材的咬合力会使节点刚度较大,试验后期木螺钉横纹拔出致使节点承载力降低,由于榫卯挤压使得节点破坏形式为塑性破坏模式;同等条件下,直榫-钢板节点的极限承载力和刚度均大于胶合木纯榫卯节点,节点承载力和刚度随螺钉直径的增加而增加,随榫头长度减小而减小。
In this study,four groups of glulam beam-to-column connections(in total 14 specimens)were tested by monotonic and reversed cyclic loading to investigate the seismic performance of such connections with consideration of different mortise length and screw diameters.The test results indicate that the properties of glulam beam-to-column connections with straight mortise—L-shaped steel plates are mainly determined by the anchorage capacity of screws and deformation capacity of mortise and tenon;under the same conditions,the performance of glulam beam-to-column connections with straight mortise—steel plates were better than those of the pure mortise and tenon joints,the bearing capacity and stiffness of the joints increased with the increase of screw diameter,and decrease with the decrease of mortise length.
