摘要
玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(BFRP)是一种新型加固材料,具有很高的抗拉强度,能够耐受高温和腐蚀。但现阶段,BFRP加固在砌体结构上的探索还非常欠缺。除了BFRP的用量,开洞形式、开洞率等因素也会影响BFRP的加固效果。针对不同的影响因素,结合砌体结构实际应用中常见的单窗洞、双窗洞及一门一窗三种开洞形式,对BFRP加固前后的砌体墙建立了有限元模型。探究了不同因素对砌体墙性能的影响以及对BFRP加固效果的影响。结果表明,随开洞率和门窗距的增大,BFRP加固效果越发显著;窗间距取值会影响砌体性能进而影响加固效果;BFRP对一门一窗的砌体墙试件加固效果最好,双窗洞试件承载力性能加固效果优于单窗洞试件,但变形性能加固效果次于单窗洞试件。
Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer(BFRP)is a new type of reinforcement material with the high tensile strength,the great corrosion resistance and the high temperature-resistance.However,the research on basalt fiber reinforcement on masonry structure is very scarce.Except the amount of BFRP,factors such as opening form and opening rate will also affect the reinforcement effect of BFRP.In this paper,the finite element model of masonry wall before and after BFRP reinforcement is established according to different influencing factors,combined with the common single-window,double-window and one-door-and-one-window opening form.These finite element models help to explore the influence of those factors on masonry wall performance and the influence of the reinforcement effect of BFRP.The results show that the greater the opening rate,the more significant the reinforcement effect of BFRP is;Window spacing will affect the masonry performance,and then affect the reinforcement effect;BFRP has the best reinforcement effect on the masonry wall of one-door-and-one-window.The bearing capacity reinforcement effect of the double-window specimens is better than that of the single-window specimen,but the deformation capacity is second to the single-window specimens.
