脂肪酶降解聚丁二酸丁二醇酯研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 "白色污染"增多,石油资源匮乏,人们对环境、资源问题更加重视,完全生物降解塑料应运而生。聚丁二酸丁二醇酯是目前最具市场前景的"绿色塑料"之一,能被自然界中的微生物完全降解,但降解过程很大程度上取决于自然因素,降解速度缓慢成为影响生态平衡和农工业生产的重要问题。脂肪酶特殊的结构决定了它能作用于该类聚酯的酯键,且具有高效、温和、无污染、易调控等优点。目前的报道大多是关于PBS合成及改性的研究,该文概述了脂肪酶的来源和关键结构,以及脂肪酶降解PBS聚酯的特点与作用机制,对于提高降解速率具有实际意义。 With the increasing of "white pollution" and the depleting of petroleum resources, great importance has been attached to environmental and resource problems, and the completely biodegradable plastic emerges. As one of the most promising green plastic, poly(butylene succinate)(PBS) can be totally degraded by microbes in nature. However, the degradation process depends largely on environmental conditions and sometimes does not proceed as expected and will influence the ecological equilibrium and agricultural and industrial production. The critical structure of lipases determine that it can act on the ester bonds of the polyesters, with the advantages of high efficiency, mild conditions, no pollution and easy to handle. At present, most reports are about the synthesis and modification of PBS. And in this paper, the sources and critical structures of lipases are listed, and the characteristics and mechanism of lipases acting on PBS are discussed, which is of practical significance for improving the degradation rate of PBS.
