摘要
时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术(TRFIA)作为一种新型的超微量分析技术,不断应用于环境痕量分析领域,在检测环境中的有机污染物、生物毒素等方面发挥了重大作用。该文论述了近年来开发的TRFIA新系统,阐述了TRFIA在检测环境中的药物残留、生物毒素及化工试剂等方面的研究进展,并在此基础上对其应用前景进行了分析,展望了其在检测新兴有机污染物方面的巨大潜力。
Time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay(TRFIA), a new-typed ultra-micro-analysis technology, has been used in the field of environmental trace-analysis for years, playing a major role in detecting organic pollutants and bio-toxins in the environment. In this paper, the development of TRFIA system over the recent years was summarized, and the research progress of TRFIA in the fields such as detection of drug residues, bio-toxins and chemical reagents was explicated. Furthermore,the prospects of its great potentials in detecting emerging organic contaminants(EOCs) were discussed.
