精准扶贫视域下贫困县公共图书馆发展研究——基于福建省23个省级扶贫开发工作重点县公共图书馆的调查

Development of Pubic Libraries in Poor Counties in the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation——Investigation on Public Libraries in 23 Key Counties of Poverty Alleviation in Fujian Province

我国文化脱贫攻坚工作已经到了巩固提升阶段。本文以文化精准扶贫中处于枢纽地位的贫困县公共图书馆为研究对象,通过对福建省23个省级扶贫开发重点县公共图书馆的调查,厘清当前贫困县公共图书馆在精准扶贫、精准脱贫中的实际发展困境,提出解决贫困县公共图书馆经费保障、设施网络、人才队伍、公共数字文化等问题的精准脱贫发展策略。

Culture poverty alleviation has reached the stage of consolidation and promotion.This paper takes the public libraries in poor counties as the research object,with investigation on public libraries in 23 key counties of poverty alleviation in Fujian Province,makes analysis on the current developing dilemma of public libraries in poor counties during the process of targeted poverty alleviation,and brings forward developing strategies for targeted poverty reduction in aspects such as funding,facilities network,talent team and public digital culture construction.
