摘要 报道1例“反复肝功能异常伴发热及肾功能异常”为主要临床表现的伴自身免疫现象的药物性肝损伤患者的临床诊治过程,分析伴自身免疫现象的药物性肝损伤患者的诊断及鉴别诊断思路.
