基于知识图谱的国内产后抑郁研究热点与趋势

Analysis of the Hotspots and Trends of Postpartum Depression in China by Citespace

目的:分析国内产后抑郁研究的热点及趋势,为未来研究提供相关建议。方法:运用Citespace科技文本挖掘软件,对收录在中国知网数据库的2 185篇相关文献进行分析。结果:国内产后抑郁研究形成了以复旦大学附属华山医院施慎逊为核心的作者合作群和机构合作群;形成"产后抑郁及影响因素初步探讨阶段→护理手段研究→影响因素深入研究"3个研究热点演进阶段;未来研究趋势为产前预防研究、基因及生物学因素研究、"学校-医院-社区"三方协同创新研究。结论:通过知识图谱分析发现我国产后抑郁研究成果丰富,但在机构合作、校-院-社区协同研究等方面还存在不足。

To analyze the hot topics, contents and trends of postpartum depression researches in China. using the Citespace, 2185 articles included in CNKI database were analyzed. The results of postpartum depression research forms: 1 co-authors group and 1 institutional cooperation group that Shi Shen Xun is the core of them from Huashan Hospital Affiliated of Fudan University. Forming the stage of influencing factors,nursing research phase and in-depth study of influencing factors. The future can strengthen the prenatal prevention research, gene and biological factors, "school-hospital-Community" collaborative innovation research.
