Research Status and Enlightenment of Telecare in Elderly Health Management

目的:分析远程照护在老年健康管理中的应用现状。方法:通过分析远程照护的概念与发展及其在老年健康管理中的应用内容,指出潜存的问题及对策。结果:远程照护应用于老年健康管理有助于改善患者的生理状况及心理健康状态,并可降低家庭医疗成本,但其运用中也遇到一定的问题。结论:远程照护能够提高老年健康管理质量,但仍需设计适合老年人的远程照护平台,制定有针对性的远程照护方案,以推进国内远程照护的发展。

Objective: To explore the application of telecare in elderly health management. Methods: Analyzed the concept and development of telecare and its application in elderly health management, the potential problems and countermeasures. Results: The application of telecare in the elderly health management is helpful to improve the physical and mental health status of patients, and can reduce the cost of family medical care. Conclusion: Telecare can improve the quality of elderly health management, but still need to design suitable for the elderly telecare platform, develop targeted telecare program, in order to promote the development of domestic telecare.
