Construction Status of Domestic and Foreign Medical Terminology Sharing Service Platforms and Discussion on the Construction of Platform

构建权威、规范的中文临床医学术语标准是我国医疗卫生信息化建设的重要基础性工作,中文临床医学术语共享服务平台作为其对外服务的直接门户,将面向我国电子病历、临床研究等应用需求提供服务,在其中发挥极为重要的作用。选取23个国内外典型的医学术语共享服务平台,从基本属性、服务模式以及功能模块三个方面进行调研,分析其建设现状,并对中文临床医学术语共享服务平台建设过程中的服务模式及功能进行探讨。

Constructing authoritative and standardized Chinese clinical medical terminology standards is an important basic work for the construction of medical and health informatization in China. As the direct portal for its external services, the Chinese clinical medical terminology sharing service platform will be provided for the application needs of electronic medical records and clinical research, plays an extremely important role. This paper selects 23 domestic and foreign medical terminology sharing service platforms and analyzes the current construction status from three aspects: basic attributes, service models and functional modules. And then, this paper discusses the service models and functional of Chinese clinical medical terminology sharing service platform.
