刘小斌运用补中益气汤辨治重症肌无力 被引量:6

摘要 刘小斌教授认为重症肌无力属中医痿证范畴,病机以脾胃虚损为本,临证用药选用甘温平和之品,常以补中益气汤为主方加减。同时注重日常调护,强调因人、因地、因时三因制宜。小儿用药轻灵,妇人重调冲任,年老者补益肝肾、培补虚元。善用岭南道地药材,结合患者不同时期病情变化辨证遣方,为患者制定个体化诊疗方案。 Professor LIU Xiaobin holds the view that myasthenia gravis belongs to the category of wilting syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). He believes the pathogenesis of myasthenia gravis is deficiency of spleen and stomach,so in treatment of this disease,he chooses sweet,warm and mild medicines and prescribes modified Buzhongyiqi Decoction. Professor LIU also emphasizes on daily care and pays attention to adjusting treatment according to different individual constitution,geographical environments and seasonal condition. For children,the administration of medicines should be accurate and in small dose. For women,the treatment should focus on regulating thoroughfare and conception vessels. For the aged,benefiting the liver and kidney and treating deficiency with tonification should be the methods. Professor LIU is adept at using genuine medicinal material in Lingnan area and differentiates the syndrome and prescribes medicines according to patients’ condition at different period of the disease,which aims to develop individualized treatments for patients. In his prescriptions,he makes good use of indigenous medicines of Lingnan area.
