ALDH1和CD133在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

Expression and clinical significance of aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 and cluster of differentiation 133 in gastric cancer

摘要 目的观察乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)和分化簇133(CD133)蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学染色法检测100例胃癌组织和60例癌旁组织中ALDH1和CD133蛋白的表达,并分析ALDH1和CD133蛋白表达与胃癌生存的关系。结果ALDH1蛋白在胃癌癌体组织阳性表达率为48.0%(48例/100例),较癌旁组织阳性表达率21.66%(13例/60例)明显升高,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CD133蛋白在胃癌癌体组织阳性表达率为31.0%(31例/100例),较癌旁组织阳性表达率15.0%(9例/60例)明显升高,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ALDH1阳性表达患者的总生存期(OS)为(32.0±3.2)个月,较阴性表达患者的(62.0±5.1)个月明显缩短,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CD133阳性表达患者的OS为(31.0±1.2)个月,较阴性表达患者的(56.0±4.5)个月明显缩短,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论ALDH1和CD133蛋白在胃癌组织中异常高表达,与胃癌的发生和生存期有关。 Objective To observe the expression of aldehyde dehydrogenase 1(ALDH1)and cluster of differentiation 133(CD133)protein in gastric cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of ALDH1 and CD133 protein was determined in 100 cases of gastric cancer tissue and 60 cases tissue adjacent to carcinoma by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between ALDH1,CD133 expression and survival of gastric cancer patients was analyzed.Results The expression ratio of protein positive of ALDH1 in gastric cancer tissue and normal tissue were 48.0%(48 cases/100 cases)and 21.66%(13 cases/60 cases),respectively;comparison between it of two tissues,the difference was significantly(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of CD133 protein in gastric cancer tissue and normal tissue were 31.0%(31 cases/100 cases)and 15.0%(9 cases/60 cases),respectively;comparison between it of two tissues,the difference was significantly(P<0.05).The overall survival(OS)of patients with ALDH1 protein positive expression was(32.0±3.2)months,the difference was significant compared with patients of the ALDH1 negative(62.0±5.1)months(P<0.01).The OS of patients with CD133 protein positive expression was(31.0±1.2)months,the difference was significant compared with the CD133 negative(56.0±4.5)months(P<0.01).Conclusion ALDH1 and CD133 proteins are highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues.The protein expression of ALDH1 and CD133 in cancer tissue may be related to the occurrence and OS of gastric cancer.
