摘要
在调查河南省科技文化产业创新人才资源现状的基础上,从人才流失、培养模式、资金投入、人才保护和激励机制等方面分析人才短缺的主要原因,提出新形势下科技文化产业创新人才的教育策略。这些策略包括:营造科技文化产业创新人才培养和引进的良好环境,构建高校科学的科技文化产业创新人才培养机制,大力引进国内外科技文化产业创新人才以及完善人才保护和激励机制,从而构建河南省科技文化产业创新人才的可持续发展模式。
On the basis of investigating the current situation of innovative talent resources in science&technology and culture industry in Henan,this paper analyzes the main reasons for talent shortage from such aspects as brain drain,training mode,capital investment,talent protection and incentive mechanism,and puts forward the educational strategies for innovative talents in science&technology and culture industry in the new situation.These strategies include creating a good environment for training and introducing innovative talents in science&technology and culture industries,building a scientific training mechanism for innovative talents in science&technology and culture industries in universities,vigorously introducing innovative talents in science&technology and culture industries at home and abroad,and improving the protection and incentive mechanism for talents so as to construct the sustainable development model of innovative talents in science&technology and culture industries in Henan.
