根据最新国家政策、党的教育方针及对高等职业教育的要求,深入调查和分析2012版高等职业院校英语类专业教学标准实施情况及发现的问题,制定英语类专业教学标准的开发规程,提出标准开发的原则和注意事项,为下一步标准的修订奠定基础,以期使标准能够在职业院校英语类专业教学中更好地发挥作用,有效促进英语类专业教学改革和发展,从而培养外语类高素质劳动者和技术技能人才。

According to the latest national policy,the Party’s educational policy and the requirements for higher vocational education,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the implementation and problems found in the 2012 edition of teaching standards for English majors in vocational colleges,formulates the rules for the development of teaching standards for English majors,and puts forward the principles and matters needing attention for the development of standards to lay a foundation for the revision of standards in the next step and expect that the standards can play a better role in the teaching of English majors in vocational colleges to effectively promote the reform and development of English majors so as to train high-quality foreign language workers and skilled personnel.
