摘要
结合韩国多元文化社会建构的背景及多元文化政策的混合使用、单一民族意识的排他性、学界研究与实际政策间的“代沟”等特征,对韩国社会统合教育进行分析后发现,其具有丰富的文化功能和社会价值,具体表现为:社会统合教育通过发挥其文化传播功能、文化规范功能、文化整合功能促进外籍群体完成初期适应与自我实现,提升社会认知与情感亲密度,推动韩国经济发展与社会统合。
Based on such characteristics as the background of the construction of South Korean multicultural society,the mixed use of multicultural policies,the exclusiveness of single national consciousness,the generation gap between academic research and practical policies,by means of the analysis of social integrated education we find that it has rich cultural functions and social values,which are manifested in the following aspects:social integrated education can promote the early adaptation and self-realization of foreign groups,improve social cognition and emotional intimacy,and push forward economic development and social integration in South Korea by exerting its functions of cultural dissemination,norms and integration.
