机械类专业“中职—本科—专硕”衔接培养实践教学体系研究 被引量:9

摘要 实践教学是应用型本科院校培养高技术技能人才的重要环节。目前,机械类专业人才培养依然遵循中职、本科、专硕分阶段培养的模式,其培养目标和教学内容相对独立,实践教学体系亦是如此,因而存在内容相互涵盖、重复率高等一系列问题。机械类专业中职—本科—专硕贯通式衔接培养的实践教学体系的建设策略是:教学目标设置层级化、产教合作共建校外教学实践平台、打造校企共育“双师型”师资队伍、分阶段设计机械类人才培养质量评价方式,以解决现有实践教学体系实施过程中存在的问题,从而提高机械类专业的人才培养质量。 Practical teaching is an important part of cultivating high-tech professionals in applied colleges.At present,the training of mechanical professionals still follows the phased training mode of secondary vocational,undergraduate and graduate.Its training objectives and teaching contents are relatively independent,and so is the practical teaching system.Therefore,there are a series of problems,such as mutual coverage of contents and high repetition rate.The construction strategy of the practice teaching system of the mechanical major in secondary vocational-undergraduate-graduate professional master’s degree is to set up a hierarchical teaching goal,to build a practical platform for off-campus teaching through cooperation between production and education,to develop a team of double-qualified teachers with co-education between schools and enterprises,and to design a method for evaluating the quality of training mechanical professionals in stages so as to solve the problems in the implementation of the existing practical teaching system and improve the quality of personnel training of mechanical specialty.
