摘要
为研究陌生移动应激对小尾寒羊日常行为的影响,试验于2017年10月份选择(45±5)kg体重、(8±2)月龄、体况相近的健康小尾寒羊公羊8只,同时选择4名体形相近且与受试绵羊完全陌生的非养殖场管理人员以正常频率(1.5步/s)和较高频率(2.5步/s)在圈舍外实施陌生移动应激,每天09:00—9:10、11:00—11:10、14:00—14:10、16:00—16:10处理后分别利用扫描取样法和目标取样法观察小尾寒羊的日常行为变化。结果表明:陌生移动应激使小尾寒羊静立、采食、反刍和饮水行为更为集中,使卧息行为更为分散,同时引起移动增加。说明陌生移动应激明显改变了小尾寒羊的日常行为节律。
This study aims to evaluate the effect of novel movement stress on the behavior of Small-tail han sheep. A total of 8 rams(weight: 45±5 kg;age: 8±2 months) with similar body condition were selected randomly to study the behavioral patterns on October 2017, 4 novel non-stockmen who were similar in size as stress factor moved outside the barn at normal(1.5 steps/s) and high(2.5 steps/s) frequency. The time of novel movement stress was 9:00-9:10, 11:00-11:10, 14:00-14:10, 16:00-16:10 during experiment. The methods of scanning and focal sampling were used to observe the behavior of Small-tail han sheep. The result showed that the novel movement stress changed the behavior pattern of Small-tail han sheep. Analyzing scanning and focal sampling, novel movement concentrated the standing, foraging, ruminating and drinking, but dispersed the lying, and at the same time increased the walking of the Small-tail han sheep. It showed that novel movement stress significanly changed the daily behavior rhythm of Small-tail han sheep.
