摘要
为了研究日粮中添加刺五加多糖(ASPS)对脂多糖(LPS)刺激的断奶仔猪肠黏膜炎症反应的影响,试验选择体重(7.98±0.04)kg的杜×长×大仔猪36头,随机分为3组(对照组、LPS组、ASPS组),每组4个重复,每个重复3头猪。对照组和LPS组饲喂基础日粮,ASPS组在基础日粮中添加800 mg/kg ASPS,于试验第15,18,21天时LPS组和ASPS组仔猪按体重腹腔注射100μg/kg LPS,对照组仔猪注射等量生理盐水,试验期为21 d。对仔猪外围血细胞分类计数并测定肠黏膜炎症细胞因子和肠黏膜肥大细胞数量。结果表明:与LPS组相比,ASPS组仔猪外周血白细胞和中性粒细胞数量显著减少(P<0.05);肠黏膜抗炎因子IL-10水平显著提高(P<0.05),IL-8水平降低;肠黏膜肥大细胞数量减少。说明日粮添加ASPS具有缓解LPS刺激的仔猪肠黏膜炎症反应的作用。
To investigate the effects of Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide(ASPS) supplementation on intestinal mucosal inflammatory response in weaned piglets stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS), 36 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets with weight 7.98(SEM 0.04) kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 3 pigs per replicate. Control and LPS groups were fed with basic diet, and ASPS group was fed with basic diet supplemented with 800 mg/kg ASPS. The piglets in LPS and ASPS groups were injected with LPS(100 μg/kg) at 15, 18, and 21 d, and the piglets in control group were injected with the same amount of saline. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The differential count of peripheral blood cells was performed, and inflammatory cytokines and the number mast cells in intestinal mucosa of piglets were detected. The results showed that ASPS significantly reduced the number of peripheral blood leukocytes and neutrophils of piglets stimulated by LPS(P< 0.05), increased the level of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10(P<0.05) and decreased the level of IL-8 of intestinal mucosa, and reduce the number of mucosal mast cells of LPS-challenged piglets. These results suggest that diet supplemented with ASPS can alleviate the intestinal mucosal inflammatory responsein LPS-challenged piglets.
