教师教育政策目标的一致性研究——基于《教师教育课程标准(试行)》与《中学教师专业标准(试行)》的比较分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过对《教师教育课程标准(试行)》和《中学教师专业标准(试行)》两政策目标的内容广度和学习水平深度进行对比分析,结果表明:在内容广度方面,二者整体保持高度一致,但在部分二级主题内容要求上也存在不一致性;在学习水平深度方面,《中学教师专业标准(试行)》的学习要求整体高于《教师教育课程标准(试行)》,甚至在部分内容上,《教师教育课程标准(试行)》存在降低学习要求的倾向。国家应重视对《中学教师专业标准(试行)》与《教师教育课程标准(试行)》进行评估与修订,以保证二者在政策层面的匹配。同时,高师院校在教师教育课程设置与实施过程中要注意并妥善处理两个政策文本之间的差异性。 Acomparison and analysis of was made of the goals of Curriculum Standard of Teacher Education and Profession Standard of Middle School Teachers in the breadth of content and the depth of learning level.The results show that the two policies are highly consistent with each other in the Breadth of content although inconsistency does exist in some requirements of second-level topics.And in terms of the depth of learning level,Profession Standard of Middle School Teachers is,on the whole,more demanding than Curriculum Standard of Teacher Education which has the tendency of lowering the learning requirements in some contents.Therefore,the state should make a point of evaluating and revising Profession Standard of Middle School Teachers and Curriculum Standard of Teacher Education to ensure that they are compatible with each other at the level of policy.Meantime,normal universities should pay attention to and deal with the differences between the two policy texts in the setup and implementation of teacher education courses.
