阿加曲班联合丁苯酞软胶囊辅助治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Effect observation of argatroban combined with butylphthalide soft capsule in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的观察阿加曲班注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊辅助治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将急性脑梗死患者64例按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各32例。2组均接受改善循环等常规治疗。对照组仅接受阿加曲班注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效、日常生活活动功能评定表(ADL)评分和神经功能缺损评分表(NIHSS)评分。结果治疗组总有效率为87.50%高于对照组的65.62%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.638,P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未出现严重全身性反应。治疗后及治疗6个月后2组ADL评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组;而NIHSS评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿加曲班联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死疗效较好,且安全性较高,可促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of argatroban combined with butylphthalide soft capsule in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-four patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,32 cases in each group.Control group received only argatroban injection,and treatment group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsule on the basis of control group.Both groups received conventional treatment such as improved circulation.The clinical efficacy,activity function assessment(ADL) score and neurological deficit score(NIHSS) scores of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.50% higher than 65.62% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.638,P<0.05).No serious systemic reactions occurred during two treatment periods.After treatment and after 6 months of treatment,the ADL scores of two groups were higher than before treatment,and treatment group was higher than control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that before treatment,and treatment group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Argatroban combined with butylphthalide soft capsule is effective and safe in treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which plays an important role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
