肾康注射液不良反应19例分析

Literature analysis of 19 cases of adverse reactions of Shenkang injection

目的回顾性分析肾康注射液所致不良反应(ADR),为临床合理用药提供参考。方法在中国知网期刊全文数据库检索到19例肾康注射液不良反应(ADR)报道文献,并进行统计和分析。结果 ADR患者中男女比例为1∶1.11,其中63.16%的ADR发生在输液30 min内,稀释溶媒和输液滴速与药品说明书规定相符病例数分别占26.32%和15.79%。结论肾康注射液ADR的影响因素较多,建议通过优化肾康注射液生产工艺,提高质量控制水平,提高临床医务工作者合理用药水平,注重ADR记录和上报工作等措施,保障公众用药安全。

Objective Retrospectively investigate the adverse drug reaction(ADR) induced by Shenkang injection,so as to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods 19 ADR reported literatures of Shenkang injection were retrieved from CNKI,and then statistical analysis was conducted.Results Among the reported ADR,the ratio of male to female was 1∶1.11.The proportion of ADR occurred within 30 min was 63.16%,and the proportion of cases that the dilute solvent and infusion rate was consistent with the drug specification was 26.32% and 15.79% respectively.Conclusion There are many influence factors for the ADR occurrence of Shenkang injection.It is suggested to optimize the production process of Shenkang injection,improve the quality control level,improve the level of rational drug use by clinical medical workers,and pay attention to the recording and reporting of ADR,so as to ensure the safety of public drug use.
