中西药联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果观察

Observation on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on knee osteoarthritis

目的观察中西药联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取医院2015年1月-2018年6月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用单纯透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药内服治疗,比较2组临床疗效、膝关节疼痛肿胀缓解时间及膝关节Lequesne评分。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.05,P<0.05)。观察组膝关节疼痛肿胀缓解时间短于对照组,膝关节Lequesne评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药内服联合透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果好,能缓解患者膝关节疼痛肿胀症状,改善关节功能,有利于提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases),the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate alone,the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,the time to relieve swelling of knee joint pain,and the Lequesne scores of the knees of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.05,P<0.05).The time to relieve swelling of knee joint pain in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the Lequesne scores of the knees in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine combined with sodium hyaluronate is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can alleviate the symptoms of knee joint pain and swelling,improve joint function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
