摘要
选取黑龙江"空育131"为原料,人工模拟高温存储环境进行实验。结果显示,高温高湿条件下,大米会出现碎米率、垩白度增加,脂肪酸值增加的品质劣化现象,表明了进行包装防护的必要性。根据此结果,选取聚乙烯-尼龙-PP复合材料、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯材料进行拉力测试和阻隔性测试。结果显示,聚乙烯-尼龙-PP相比具有更优越的性能。
In this paper, Heilongjiang "Kongyu 131" was selected as raw material for experiments, artificially simulated high temperature storage environment for experiments. The results showed that under high temperature and high humidity conditions, rice will have broken rice rate, increased whiteness, and fatty acid value increased quality deterioration. According to the results of this experiment, polyethylene-nylonPP conforming materials, polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene materials were selected for tensile test and barrier test. The results showed that polyethylene-nylon-PP had superior performance.
