摘要
采用热反挤压工艺对某装备用2A12铝合金壳零件进行成形加工试制。对成形工艺进行分析后确定了最佳的工艺方案,设计了热反挤压成形模具。试验结果表明:所采用的工艺可挤压出合格的2A12铝合金壳体件,适用于批量生产。
An alloy shell part of 2 A12 aluminum was formed with the hot backward extrusion process. The optimum technological scheme was determined and the for ming die was designed after the forming processes were analysed. The test results show that the qualified2 A12 aluminum alloy shell can be obtained with the researched process and is suitable for mass production.
