摘要
实验通过"Adler法",以邻甲基苯甲醛与吡咯为原料,合成了meso-四(邻-甲基苯基)卟啉(o-TMPP),用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱分析进行了表征。考察了溶剂量、硝基苯用量、反应时间、浓缩量以及投料比五个条件对o-TMPP收率的影响。实验结果表明,在最佳的反应条件下合成meso-四(邻-甲基苯基)卟啉的产率为18%,o-TMPP的吸收峰强度会随着溶剂极性的增强而增强,o-TMPP是ACQ型分子,o-TMPP很容易被氧化却很难被还原。
meso-Tetra(o-methylphenyl) porphyrin(o-tmpp) was synthesized using the traditional "Alder method", and its structure was characterized by infrared, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The effects of solvent amount, nitrobenzene amount, reaction time, concentration amount and feeding ratio on the yield of o-tmpp were investigated experimentally. By collecting the luminescence properties, the results showed that the yield of meso-tetrapyl-o-methylphenyl porphyrin was 18% under the optimal reaction conditions. The intensity of absorption peak of o-TMPP increases with the raising of solvent polarity. o-tmpp is an ACQ type molecule, which is easily oxidized but hard to be reduced.
