Review on the research progress of clinical training on Master of Nursing Specialist in China

结合国内护理硕士专业学位研究生的临床培养进展情况,从临床培养目标、临床核心能力、临床培养模式、临床培养方案、临床能力考评、临床师资队伍等方面进行阐述,为规范和完善国内护理硕士专业学位研究生培养体系提供借鉴和指导,以推动我国护理学科专业化进程的发展。

Based on the research progress of clinical training on Master of Nursing Specialist in China,this paper summarized the clinical training objectives,core capabilities,cultivation pattern,training scheme,evaluation system and teacher resource,etc.So as to provide some references and guidance for standardizing and improving the clinical training system on Master of Nursing Specialist in China,and to promote the process of specialization of nursing science.
