Research progress on pain nursing in patients with dementia

本文对痴呆患者疼痛的现状、评估工具及非药物护理干预等方面进行综述,建议医护人员及照顾者应充分重视痴呆患者的疼痛相关问题,以提高痴呆患者的生活质量,减轻家庭和社会的负担,同时也对未来的研究提出展望,以期为临床护理及研究提供参考。

This article reviews the current status of evaluation tools and non-pharmacological intervention of pain in patients with dementia.It is recommended that medical staff and caregivers should pay full attention to pain-related problems in patients with dementia,in order to improve the quality of life of dementia patients and reduce the burden of family and society.At the same time,it also provides prospects for future research to provide reference for clinical nursing and research.
