摘要 近年来,船舶设计日渐大型化,船舶上的物资转运效率问题备受关注。为定性评价大型船舶转运系统的能力,可及时根据预定目标判断方案可行性,减少后期研究工作中诸多不必要的修改过程,提供了一种快速建立转运系统数学模型的思路,提出了一种适用于船舶物资转运系统的建模方法。方法以排队论为基础,在Simulink的集成仿真环境下,通过Stateflow工具对船舶物资转运系统进行建模与仿真。仿真结果与Flexsim仿真数据对比后表明,基于Stateflow的建模仿真方法可以有效地判断转运系统的转运能力和瓶颈,并具有快速、易操作的特点。 In recent years, ship design has become increasingly large and the efficiency of material transfer on ships has attracted much attention. In order to qualitatively evaluate the capability of large ship transfer system, timely judge the feasibility of the plan according to the predetermined objectives, and reduce the unnecessary modification process in the later research work, this paper provides a way to quickly establish the mathematical model of transfer system, and proposes a modeling method suitable for the ship material transshipment system. Based on queuing theory, this method uses Stateflow tool to model and simulate the ship material transfer system under the integrated simulation environment of Simulink. Compared with Flexsim simulation data, the simulation results show that the Stateflow-based simulation method can effectively judge the transshipment capacity and bottleneck of the transshipment system with the characteristics of fast and easy operation.
