摘要
为了提高液压挖掘机的作业效率和工作性能,在ADAMS中建立了液压挖掘机虚拟样机模型,以提升液压挖掘机作业过程中的铲斗挖掘力、斗杆挖掘力和动臂提升力为目标,依次分别对铲斗机构、斗杆机构和动臂机构的铰点位置进行了二次规划优化,结果表明优化后挖掘机的挖掘能力和提升能力有了显著的提升,并采用虚拟样机对优化前后挖掘机工作过程进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,比较优化前后挖掘机作业参数和工作装置铰点受力情况,结果表明优化后挖掘机的作业范围有所增加,工作装置的整体受力情况有所改善。
To improve operation efficiency and working performance of hydraulic excavator, a virtual prototype model of hydraulic excavator was firstly established based on ADAMS in this paper. Then optimization of working device for hydraulic excavator has been done by optimizing hinge position of bucket mechanism using quadratic programming, rod mechanism and boom mechanism respectively, which took bucket digging force, rod digging force and boom lifting force as the optimization objective. The results show that the mining ability and the lift capacity have been improved remarkably by optimization. Furthermore, the simulation analyses of kinematics and dynamics have been done for both virtual prototype model before and after the optimization. The results indicate that the optimization can increase the working range and improve the load condition of the excavator.
