大面积多层底下空间墙体裂缝控制方法仿真 被引量:3

摘要 在各类建筑物中,墙体裂缝的产生是不可避免的,为了实现墙体裂缝的有效控制,延长裂缝控制时间,降低控制过程的成本费用,通过对现有相关资料的学习与研究,提出大面积多层底下空间墙体裂缝控制方法。根据墙体裂缝产生的机理以及墙体所受各力间的关系,计算墙体的极限约束力以及墙体裂缝理论间距,利用增量法计算墙体各节点的温度应力以及墙体拉应力,进而得到墙体裂缝宽度计算式,结合墙体裂缝经验系数进行分析,得到墙体裂缝产生的主要因素,针对主要因素,采取措施对墙体所受各力进行调节,实现墙体裂缝控制。实验结果表明,所提裂缝控制方法的控制有效时间长于实验对比的其它方法,且所消耗成本更低,验证了所提墙体裂缝控制方法的可行性,具有一定的实践意义。 In all kinds of buildings, the wall cracks are unavoidable. In order to achieve effective control of wall cracks, prolong control time and reduce the cost of control, this paper puts forward a method to control wall cracks of large multi-layer underground space. According to the mechanism of wall cracks and the relationship between forces on wall, the ultimate constraining force of wall and the theoretical spacing of wall cracks were calculated. Then, the incremental method was used to calculate the temperature stress of each node of wall and the tensile stress of wall. Furthermore, the formula of width of wall crack was obtained. Based on the analysis of empirical factors of wall crack, the main factors of resulting in the wall crack were obtained. For the main factors, each force on wall was adjusted. Thus, the control of wall crack was achieved. Simulation results show that the control effective time of proposed crack control method is longer than that of other methods, and the cost is lower. Meanwhile, the feasibility of proposed method for controlling wall crack is verified, which has a certain practical significance.
