微生物高通量测序技术在IBD诊断和治疗中的应用

摘要 近些年,炎症性肠病(Inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的发病率逐年增加,其发病机制尚不清楚,研究者普遍认为与肠道菌群紊乱密切相关。利用高通量测序技术发现了IBD患者肠道微生物总数、α多样性和物种丰度均发生显著变化。文章主要针对IBD患者中肠道微生物的变化,阐述肠道微生物和IBD患者之间的关系,以及展望肠道微生物在IBD治疗中的应用。 In recent years,the incidence of inflammatory bowel disease( IBD) has increased year by year,and its pathogenesis is still unclear. Researchers generally believed that it was closely related to intestinal microbiota disorders. Researchers found that the number of intestinal microganisms,alpha diversity and species abundance in patients with IBD changed significantly,using highthroughput sequencing technique. This review focuses on changes in intestinal microbes in patients with IBD,describes the relationship between intestinal microbiota and patients with IBD,and prospects for the application of intestinal microbes in the treatment of IBD.
