广地龙药材、汤剂及配方颗粒的元素分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析广地龙药材、汤剂及配方颗粒中多种重金属及有害元素,比较三者元素差异。方法:通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对广地龙样品中的铬、铜、砷、镉、锡、锑、钡、汞、铅、铋等10种元素进行检测。结果:大部分广地龙样品的重金属和有害元素,如As、Cd等含量较高,药材样品中8批As含量高于2 mg·kg^-1,10批Cd含量高于0.3 mg·kg^-1,配方颗粒样品则分别为10批和2批。结论:广地龙药材的元素含量直接反映在汤剂及配方颗粒中,应从药材来源保证临床使用安全性,提高现有广地龙药材质量标准,建立配方颗粒质量标准。 Objective:To analyze the heavy metals and deleterious elements in TCM material,decoction and dispensing granules of Pheretima aspergillum.Methods:Cr,Cu,As,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ba,Hg,Pb and Bi were determined in Pheretima aspergillum’s samples by ICP-MS.Results:The contents of heavy metals and deleterious elements,such as As and Cd,were high in most of the samples.Eight batches of TCM material of Pheretima aspergillum were with As more than 2 mg·kg-1,and 10 batches contained Cd higher than 0.3 mg·kg-1.As for the dispersing granule,the batch number was 10 and 2,respectively.Conclusion:The contents of heavy metals and deleterious elements in Pheretima aspergillum are directly demonstrated in its decoction and dispensing granule.The origin of medicinal herb should be controlled to ensure the use safety and improve the current quality standard of Pheretima aspergillum,as well as establish the quality standard of its dispensing granule.
