武警某医院医务人员手卫生现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the current status of hand hygiene in the medical staff of a PAP hospital

【目的】探究武警某医院医务人员手卫生现状,为提高手卫生依从性、降低医院感染率,保障医患双方安全提供依据。【方法】根据我国《医务人员手卫生规范》及世界卫生组织提出的手卫生5个时刻,采用改良观察法对武警某医院66名医务人员手卫生依从性进行调查。【结果】该医院医务人员整体手卫生依从率为67.1%。从具体职业来看,手卫生依从率由高到低依次为护士79.1%,实习护士66.3%,医师65.8%,实习医师47.2%,保洁人员43.0%;科室中呼吸内科手卫生依从率(70.7%)高于普通外科(61.9%);医护人员中护士(79.1%)、实习护士(66.3%)手卫生依从率分别高于医师(65.8%)及实习医师(47.2%)。从具体时刻分析,医务人员无菌操作前、接触患者前、接触患者后、接触患者体液后这4个时刻的手卫生依从率均大于70%,但在接触患者周围后这个时刻的手卫生依从率仅为44.0%。【结论】该医院需采取措施提高医务人员手卫生依从性,以减少感染。

【Objective】To investigate the current status of hand hygiene in the medical staff of a PAP hospital,and provide the basis for improving the hand hygiene compliance,reducing the hospital infection rate and ensuring the safety of both doctors and patients.【Methods】According to Code for Hand Hygiene of Medical Staff in China and the 5 moments of hand hygiene proposed by the World Health Organization,the improved observation method was used to investigate the hand hygiene compliance of 66 medical staff in a PAP hospital.【Results】The overall rate of hand hygiene compliance in the medical staff in the hospital was 67.1%.From the specific occupation point of view,the hand hygiene compliance rates from high to low were 79.1% for nurses,66.3% for internship nurses,65.8% for physicians,47.2% for interns,and 43.0% for cleaning personnel.The compliance rate of hand hygiene in the department of respiratory medicine(70.7%)was higher than that in general surgery(61.9%).The compliance rates of nurses(79.1%)and intern nurses(66.3%)among the medical staff were higher than those of physicians(65.8%)and interns(47.2%).From the analysis of specific moment,the hand hygiene compliance rates of the medical staff before the aseptic operation,before the patient contact,after the patient contact,and after the patient’s body fluid contact all exceeded 70%,but the hand hygiene compliance rate at this moment after the contact with the patient was only 44.0%.【Conclusion】The hand hygiene compliance of medical staff needs to be improved by taking measures in order to reduce cross-infection.
