摘要
目的:分析颌面部外伤应用单纤维聚乙烯线缝合联合瘢痕贴的效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年12月于笔者所在医院接受诊治的90例颌面部外伤患者为观察对象。按照缝合方法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规清创缝合法,观察组予以单纤维聚乙烯线缝合联合瘢痕贴。比较两组临床疗效、各项临床指标水平、不良反应发生率、治疗前后生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组伤口愈合时间及瘢痕长度均短于对照组,伤口愈合评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组各项SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单纤维聚乙烯线缝合与瘢痕贴联合应用于颌面部外伤患者治疗中效果显著,可显著促进患者伤口愈合,降低不良反应发生风险。
Objective: To analyse the effect of single fiber polyethylene suture combined with scar paste in maxillofacial trauma. Method: A total of 90 cases of maxillofacial trauma patients who received treatment in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation objects. According to the suture method, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional debridement suture, and the observation group was treated with single fiber polyethylene suture combined with scar paste. Clinical efficacy, levels of clinical indicators, incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The wound healing time and scar length in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, while the wound healing score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Single fiber polyethylene suture combined with scar paste has a significant effect in the treatment of maxillofacial trauma, which can significantly promote the wound healing of patients and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
