冠脉血运重建术后应用复方丹参滴丸治疗的安全性与有效性评估

Evaluation of the Safety and Effectiveness of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills after Coronary Revascularization

目的:评估冠脉血运重建术后应用复方丹参滴丸治疗的安全性与有效性。方法:选择2016年7月-2018年7月笔者所在医院收治的50例原发性冠脉疾病患者作为研究对象,应用随机对照研究按照1∶1的比例将其随机分为对照组和联合组,每组25例。比较两组术后12个月内靶病变失败率及全血黏度高切、血小板黏附率、红细胞聚集指数。结果:联合组患者术后12个月内靶病变失败率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者治疗后全血黏度高切、血小板黏附率、红细胞聚集指数均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠脉血运重建术后应用复方丹参滴丸治疗,可显著降低患者术后12个月内靶病变失败率和血液流变学相关指标,值得推广。

Objective: To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills after coronary revascularization. Method: Fifty patients with primary coronary artery disease admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group according to the ratio of 1∶1 in a randomized controlled study, with 25 cases in each group. The failure rate of target lesions, high shear rate of whole blood viscosity, platelet adhesion rate and erythrocyte aggregation index within 12 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Result: The failure rate of target lesions in the combined group was 4.00% within 12 months after operation, which was significantly lower than 40.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, platelet adhesion rate and erythrocyte aggregation index of the combined group were significantly lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills after coronary revascularization can significantly reduce the failure rate of target lesions and hemorheology related indicators within 12 months, which is worthy of wide promotion.
