乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经对患者术后腋窝感觉功能的影响

Effect of Intercostobrachial Nerve Preservation in Modified Radical Mastectomy on Axillary Sensory Function

目的:探究保留肋间臂神经对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者腋窝感觉功能的影响。方法:以医院2015年11月-2018年11月收治的94例乳腺癌改良根治术患者为研究对象。根据入院时间分为研究组与对照组,每组47例。研究组采用保留肋间臂神经的乳腺癌改良根治术,对照组采用不保留肋间臂神经的乳腺癌改良根治术。随访并分析两组术后6个月患侧腋窝感觉(触觉和痛觉)障碍情况、并发症发生率、WHOQOL-100评分。结果:研究组术后6个月腋窝感觉障碍发生率低于对照组,WHOQOL-100评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经可以降低患者术后并发症发生率,减少腋窝感觉障碍的发生,改善患者术后生活质量,具有一定的临床价值。

Objective: To explore the effect of intercostobrachial nerve preservation in modified radical mastectomy on axillary sensory function. Method: A total of 94 cases with modified radical mastectomy admitted to the hospital from November 2015 to November 2018 were studied. According to the time of admission, the patients were divided into the study group and the control group, with 47 cases in each group. The study group used modified radical mastectomy with intercostobrachial nerve preservation. The control group used modified radical mastectomy without intercostobrachial nerve preservation. The axillary sensation(tactile and pain) disorder of the affected side, the incidence of complications, and WHOQOL-100 score of the two groups were followed up and analyzed 6 months after the operation. Result: The incidence of axillary sensory disorders 6 months after operation in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and WHOQOL-100 scores were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Preservation of intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy can reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the occurrence of axillary sensation disorder, and improve the postoperative quality of life, which has certain clinical value.
