当归补血加味汤治疗老年幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Danggui Buxue Jiawei Decoction in Treatment of the Helicobacter Pylori Negative Gastric Ulcer in the Elderly

目的:探析当归补血加味汤治疗老年幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年5月-2019年5月收治的60例老年幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡患者,随机分为两组,对照组30例给予常规西药治疗,观察组加用当归补血加味汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、临床症状评分及生活质量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归补血加味汤治疗老年幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡的临床效果显著,可改善临床症状,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Danggui Buxue Jiawei Decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori negative gastric ulcer in the elderly. Method: A total of 60 elderly patients with Helicobacter pylori negative gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, while The observation group was treated with Danggui Buxue Jiawei decoction on the basis of the control group. The effect was compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate, clinical symptom score and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Danggui Buxue Jiawei Decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori negative gastric ulcer in the elderly can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life, which is worth popularizing.
