依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎的临床效果及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Enalapril Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide in the Treatment of Acute Glomerulonephritis in Children

目的:研究依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年2月儿科收治小儿急性肾小球肾炎住院患儿80例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,均为40例。两组接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察组采用依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组临床效果、肾功能指标及不良反应变化情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者Scr、24 h-UAER比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,观察组Scr、24 h-UAER水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组无药物不良反应出现。结论:在小儿急性肾小球肾炎临床治疗中,依那普利联合氢氯噻嗪临床效果突出,可有利于改善其肾功能,且用药相对安全,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Enalapril combined with Hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of acute glomerulonephritis in children. Method: Eighty children with acute glomerulonephritis admitted to pediatric department from January 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, all of which were 40 cases. The two groups received conventional treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with Hydrochlorothiazide, and the observation group was treated with Enalapril plus Hydrochlorothiazide. The clinical effects, renal function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result: The total clinical efficacy of the observation group(90.00%) was higher than that of the control group(70.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in Scr, and 24 h-UAER between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the Scr and 24 h-UAER level were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no adverse drug reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of acute glomerulonephritis in children, Enalapril combined with Hydrochlorothiazide has obvious clinical effects, which can improve the renal function, and the drug is relatively safe and has high promotion and application value.
