基于风险评估的分级护理干预对PICC置管患者上肢静脉血栓发生率的影响评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Graded Nursing Intervention Based on Risk Assessment on the Incidence of Upper Extremity Venous Thrombosis in Patients with PICC

目的:探究外周导入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者接受基于风险评估的分级护理干预对其上肢静脉血栓发生率的影响。方法:以2017年1月-2018年10月笔者所在医院收治的100例PICC置管患者为研究对象,以简单随机化法分为试验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),其中对照组行常规护理干预,试验组则行基于风险评估的分级护理干预,比较两组患者护理结果。结果:干预前两组上肢静脉血栓风险评估得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组得分均低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组上肢静脉血栓发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(22.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PICC置管患者接受基于风险评估的分级护理干预,可有效对其上肢静脉血栓的发生进行控制,意义重大。

Objective: To investigate the effect of graded nursing intervention based on risk assessment on the incidence of upper extremity venous thrombosis in PICC catheterization patients. Method: A total of 100 patients with PICC catheterization admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the experimental group(n=50) and the control group(n=50) by simple randomization method. The control was given the routine nursing interventions, the experimental group performed a graded nursing intervention based on risk assessment, the nursing effect of two groups of PICC patients were compared. Result: There was no significant difference in the risk assessment scores of upper limb venous thrombosis between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). And the scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of upper limb venous thrombosis in the experimental group(4.00%) was lower than that in the control group(22.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The PICC catheterization patients undergo a graded care intervention based on risk assessment, which can effectively control the occurrence of upper extremity venous thrombosis, which is of great significance.
