主动护理干预对减少内科老年患者护理安全隐患的对策研究

Study on the Countermeasure of Active Nursing Intervention for Reducing the Hidden Danger of Nursing Safety of Elderly Medical Patients

目的:阐述主动护理干预对减少内科老年患者护理安全隐患的对策,观察护理效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年10月-2019年3月收治的86例内科老年患者,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施主动护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理安全隐患发生率为2.3%,低于对照组的16.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对护理能力、护理态度、风险预防效果满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施主动护理干预,有助于减少内科老年患者的护理安全隐患。

Objective: This paper expounds the countermeasures of active nursing intervention to reduce the hidden danger of nursing safety of elderly patients in internal medicine, and observes the nursing effect. Method: From October 2018 to March 2019, 86 elderly patients were randomly selected as samples and divided into two groups by random digital table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was given active nursing intervention, the nursing effects of two groups were compared. Result: The safety hazard rate of the observation group was 2.3%, which was lower than 16.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the score of SF-36 was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of nursing ability, nursing attitude and risk prevention effect in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Active nursing intervention is helpful to reduce the hidden danger of nursing safety of elderly patients in internal medicine.
