内镜经黏膜下隧道食管肿瘤剥离术围术期的护理对策及临床价值

Nursing Measures and Clinical Value of Endoscopic Submucosal Tunnel and Esophageal Tumor Dissection during Perioperative Period

目的:研究内镜经黏膜下隧道食管肿瘤剥离术围术期的护理对策及临床价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年9月-2018年9月收治的食管肿瘤患者88例为研究样本,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。两组均行内镜黏膜下隧道食管肿瘤剥离术治疗,对照组围术期实施常规护理,观察组围术期实施综合护理干预,对比两组并发症发生率、术后康复情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率4.5%、术后进食时间(2.5±0.1)d、疼痛时间(1.5±0.1)d、住院时间(12.2±0.8)d、总满意度95.5%均优于对照组的22.7%、(4.8±0.7)d、(3.6±0.5)d、(15.1±0.6)d、79.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在内镜黏膜下隧道食管肿瘤剥离术围术期,从饮食、用药、气道等方面入手实施综合护理干预,有助于减轻患者痛苦,减少并发症,促进术后恢复,提升患者满意度。

Objective: To study the nursing measures and clinical value of endoscopic submucosal tunnel and esophageal tumor dissection during perioperative period. Method: A total of 88 patients with esophageal tumor admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as study samples. Random number table method was used to divide the patients into the observation group and the control group. The two groups were treated with submucosal tunnel and esophageal tumor dissection. The control group was given perioperative routine nursing, while the observation group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, postoperative rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result: The incidence of complications of 4.5%, postoperative feeding time of(2.5±0.1) d, pain time of(1.5±0.1) d, length of hospital stay of(12.2±0.8) d, and total satisfaction of 95.5% in the observation group were all better than 22.7%,(4.8±0.7) d,(3.6±0.5) d,(15.1±0.6) d, and 79.5% of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In perioperative period of submucosal tunnel and esophageal tumor dissection, comprehensive nursing intervention should be carried out from the aspects of diet, medication and airway, which can help to relieve patients’ pain, reduce complications, promote postoperative recovery and improve patient satisfaction.
