重症监护室心脏手术患者睡眠质量改善及护理措施

Improvement of Sleep Quality and Nursing Measures for Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery in Intensive Care Unit

目的:研究重症监护室心脏手术患者睡眠质量改善及护理措施。方法:此次研究于笔者所在医院选取2017年10月-2018年10月收治的80例重症监护室(ICU)心脏手术患者作为研究对象,随机将入组患者分为试验组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组在睡眠剥夺原因分析的基础上实施针对性的睡眠护理干预措施,对比两组患者干预前后的睡眠质量评分表(Vearrn and Snyder-Halpem,VSH)评分。结果:护理干预前,两组患者的VSH睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,试验组的睡眠长度、深度、中断、入睡到睡着时间、失眠及主观感觉睡眠质量评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在重症监护室心脏手术患者监护过程中,分析明确影响患者睡眠质量的因素,在此基础上实施针对性的护理干预措施,能够促进患者睡眠质量的提升,对于患者手术效果的发挥和术后恢复具有积极意义。

Objective: To study the improvement of sleep quality and nursing measures of patients undergoing cardiac surgery in intensive care unit(ICU). Method: A total of 80 patients undergoing cardiac surgery in intensive care unit(ICU) from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given sleep nursing intervention on the basis of the analysis of the causes of sleep deprivation. And the Vearrn and Snyder-Halpem(VSH) scores of sleep quality before after intervention were compared between the two groups. Result: There were no significant differences in VSH sleep quality scores between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of sleep length, depth, interruption, falling asleep to sleep, insomnia and subjective sensory sleep quality in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the process of intensive care unit cardiac surgery, the factors that affect the sleep quality of patients are analyzed and identified. On this basis, the implementation of targeted nursing intervention measures can promote the improvement of sleep quality of patients. It has positive significance for the operation effect and postoperative recovery of the patients.
