产后盆底肌康复治疗对盆底功能障碍性疾病的价值

The Value of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Therapy for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Diseases

目的:探讨产后盆底肌康复治疗对盆底功能障碍性疾病的价值。方法:随机抽取2016年3月-2018年2月来院就诊的120例产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,所有患者均自愿参与且符合纳入及排除标准。采用随机方法将患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受盆底肌康复治疗,根据盆底肌肌力改善状况评估临床效果。结果:观察组盆底收缩压、Ⅰ、Ⅱ型肌纤维持续收缩压及Ⅰ、Ⅱ型肌纤维持续时间均优于对照组,阴道肌电电压高于对照组,夜尿次数少于对照组,盆底肌肌力改善总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底功能障碍性疾病患者接受产后盆底肌康复治疗,可有效改善盆底功能,治疗效果较为满意。

Objective: To explore the value of postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction disease. Method: A total of 120 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction disease who came to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were randomly selected. All patients were volunteers and met the criteria of admission and excluded. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random method. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the study was evaluated according to the improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength. Result: The systolic pressure of pelvic floor, the continuous systolic pressure of type Ⅰand Ⅱ muscle fibers and duration of type Ⅰand Ⅱ muscle fibers in the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the vaginal electromyographic voltage was higher than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of pelvic floor muscle strength improvement was higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation therapy for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction disease can effectively improve the pelvic floor function, and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.
