话务生产区的建筑声学的经济性与实用性研究

Economic and Practical Research on Architectural Acoustics in Telephone Traffic Production Area

话务生产区是以声音为载体的客户服务生产场所,声学环境的优劣直接关系到通话质量的清晰度及客户的感受。论文从话务生产区的设计目标确定、吸声材料位置的确定、吸声材料的种类分析等方面提出了基于经济性与实用性的可行建设方案。

Telephone traffic production area is a customer service production place with voice as the carrier. The quality of the acoustic environment is directly related to the clarity of call quality and customer experience. In this paper, a feasible construction scheme based on economy and practicability is put forward from the design objective determination of the production area, the location determination of sound absorbing materials and the analysis of the types of sound absorbing materials.
