二线、三线城市TOD发展模式探析——以包头市为例

Analysis of the Development Mode of TOD in Second and Third-Tier Cities—— A Case Study of Baotou City

TOD(Transit-Oriented Development,TOD)即以公共交通为导向的城市发展模式,我国自2008年后城市轨道交通飞速发展,TOD理念逐渐在国内兴起。但是,在我国二线、三线城市,轨道交通建设进展缓慢,对城市空间结构布局优化程度有限,与之配套的公交体系和慢行系统建设更是明显滞后。论文希望通过对包头市的TOD发展思考探析,为我国二线、三线城市的未来发展提供参考和借鉴思路。

TOD(Transit-Oriented Development,TOD) is a development mode guided by public transportation. Since the rapid development of urban rail transit in China in 2008, the concept of TOD has gradually emerged in China. However, in China’s second and third-tier cities, the construction of rail transit is progressing slowly, and the optimization degree of urban spatial structure layout is limited,and the construction of supporting bus system and slow traffic system is obviously lagging behind. This paper hopes to provide a reference for the future development of second and third-tier cities in China through the analysis of TOD development in Baotou.
