在现代化社会的快速发展中,建筑行业得到了迅速发展。因此,建筑企业需要引进先进的施工技术、施工工艺和新型材料,如装配式建筑作为一种新型施工工艺,具有很多优势,为企业创造了很多经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。基于此,论文主要分析了装配式建筑施工质量问题,研究了装配式建筑施工质量问题的防范策略。

In the rapid development of modern society, urbanization is advancing day by day, and the construction industry has developed rapidly. Therefore, construction enterprises need to introduce advanced construction technology, construction technology and new materials,such as assembly building as a new construction technology, which has many advantages and creates a lot of economic, social and environmental benefits for enterprises. Based on this, this paper mainly analyses the quality problems of assembly building construction, and studies the preventive strategies of the quality problems of assembly building construction.
