我国的教育事业在大力改革的过程中,推动了校园基础设施的建设,同时,对学生宿舍楼的建设质量提出了更高的要求。但是,在宿舍楼工程的建设过程中,还时常存在一些问题,如通风不流畅、保温和隔音效果欠佳,极大地影响了宿舍楼的工程质量,并造成了不良的社会影响。因此,提高宿舍楼工程管理水平,加大对宿舍楼工程质量的监督与控制非常必要。论文概括了影响宿舍楼施工质量的因素,并总结了施工前和施工过程中的质量控制对策,旨在为提高学生宿舍楼的施工质量提供参考。

In the process of vigorous reform, China’s education has promoted the construction of campus infrastructure, and put forward higher requirements on the construction quality of student dormitory buildings. However, in the construction process of the dormitory building project, there are still some problems, such as poor ventilation, poor insulation and sound insulation, which greatly affect the quality of the project of the dormitory building and cause bad social impact. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management level of dormitory building project and strengthen the supervision and control of dormitory building project quality. This paper summarizes the factors that affect the construction quality of dormitory buildings, and summarizes the quality control measures before and during the construction, in order to provide reference for improving the construction quality of student dormitory buildings.
