目前,工程项目成本管理缺乏全过程管控,导致工程项目常出现亏损。在建设工程项目的决策和实施过程中,全过程成本控制对工程项目的成本控制尤为重要,有助于加强各阶段的成本控制,保障项目的经济与社会效益。基于此,论文主要对工程项目全过程的成本控制进行分析。

At present, the project cost management lacks the whole process control, causes the project to often appear the loss. In the decision-making and implementation process of construction project, the whole process cost control is particularly important to the cost control of the project, which is helpful to strengthen the cost control of each stage and ensure the economic and social benefits of the project.Based on this, the paper mainly analyzes the cost control of the whole process of the project.
